Hola and Bienvenidos!
Thank you for visiting my site.I'm looking forward to sharing some of my cooking tips, recipes and a little about who Chef Elsie Ramos is.
For starters, I was a finalist on the first season of Hell's Kitchen and after that adventure, became the author of my very own cookbook "Elsie's Turkey Tacos and Arroz con Pollo" released in May 2007. Its been a wonderful ride since HK, with tv appearances, (check out the links below!) cooking demos and meeting lots of wonderful people. My newest venture is as spokesperson for IMUSA cookware. (to learn more about IMUSA, check out me and their website; (www.imusausa.com). I am so proud to represent a product I'm both familiar with and have used for years!! But busy as I am, I still love cooking for my family. So I've come up with some great tips on how to manage your life and your dinner table, with plenty of sabor y amor (flavor & love).
